Sailing was kind of Bz this time I have visited the resort, the staff assigned at scheduling of sailing or even kayaking was not that welcoming. I suggest that after reviewing and noticing that plenty was scheduled , that they could plan ahead and add for more driver for sailing to accomodate the rest. When we approached the house to check on the kayak , they asked for the room number. Maybe next time they can be more informative to say before hand that room number or band number will help a lot

The beach and pools were great. There were no included activities such as snorkeling, kayaking and paddleboarding, Also, there were no hot tubs.

We have been to the Atlantis multiple times and every time we have a different experience. There are a couple of things they can do to better the experience. Especially for the price I expect better. There were a couple of inconveniences, For example : The carpet in our floor smelled bad. Smelled old. If you don’t get towels by 11am you are left without towels. You will need to be at the pool by 9:30 to get lounge chairs. The Seaside bar is lacking music and entertainment. Some employees looked miserable and not friendly. The gym was great! Cleaned and well kept. I appreciate the amenities like the towels and water. The Starbucks drinks are not consistent with what it should taste like. Some beach chairs were broken and old. We had such a great experience with Peter the shuttle driver. He was so nice and welcoming every time our family walked in the shuttle. He was happy and welcomed everyone that came in.
